Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a PCU Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel contract in Mount Vernon, Illinois. You'll work on a telemetry unit during night shifts, providing critical bedside monitoring such as cardiac monitoring, emergency response, starting IVs, managing chest tubes, and administering cardiac drips. This role offers the opportunity to engage with complex patient cases including COPD, CAD, CHF, AFib, Sepsis, and COVID while utilizing Epic electronic health records. Travelers accepted who are new to the PCU setting—your skills in telemetry and cardiac care will shine as you support this busy unit from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM three times a week.
