Job Description:

This inpatient rehabilitation RN/LPN role at UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Madison provides a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work with high-acuity adult patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain and spinal injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions. The position involves 12-hour night shifts, where you'll be integral to assisting patients through their critical recovery stages, often stepping into a medical-surgical-like environment. Expect hands-on involvement in patient assessments, frequent coordination with therapy teams, and response to call lights in a facility that emphasizes teamwork and flexibility. With a minimum of one year in a skilled care setting and EPIC experience, you'll contribute to a facility committed to maximizing patient recovery and quality of life.
