Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Rehab Registered Nurse in Napa, California, providing vital care in a 7-room, 14-bed rehab facility. This role involves working 8-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 16:00, with an expectation of 40 hours per week over an initial 13-week contract. Your responsibilities include managing a patient census averaging 10, with a focus on orthopedic and medical-surgical cases, and possibly floating to other units as needed. Preference is given to seasoned travelers, with the unique aspect of weekend coverage every other week. You'll need a valid CA license—pending licenses are not accepted—and be prepared to adapt to patient census fluctuations, with call requirements based on census.
