Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a PCU Registered Nurse in a 22-bed unit that specializes in adult and geriatric care, including cases such as burns, reconstructive surgery, urology, GYN, ENT, and oral/maxillofacial procedures. This contract offers a unique opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other or third weekend, with floating within Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. You will handle procedures like burn dressings, flap checks, and leech therapy, gaining valuable experience in a teaching hospital setting. Expect to utilize systems such as EPIC and Pyxis, and ensure compliance with BLS and ACLS certifications. Prior charge RN experience and familiarity with similar patient populations are preferred for success in this role, which provides an engaging environment for those eager to expand their professional skills.
