Job Description:

Join a busy Level I Trauma Center as an ER Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Lansing, Michigan. You will work 12-hour midshift schedules (1:00 PM - 1:30 AM), providing critical care in a high-acuity environment with patient ratios that can peak at 8, often requiring quick thinking and adaptability. This role offers the chance to handle diverse cases including trauma, stroke, cardiac, and pediatric emergencies. Experience with EPIC charting, dysrhythmia interpretation, and Level I trauma protocols is essential. You'll be working weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) with the expectation of covering three weekends per schedule, and floating to pediatric units is possible, offering variety in your clinical experiences. The unit's fast-paced environment challenges you to excel in a setting where every shift makes a difference and your skills truly shine.
