Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as an LTC RN on a 12-week contract at ThedaCare Juliette Manor in Berlin, WI. This role involves administering care in a long-term care setting, with responsibilities including wound care, blood draws, PIV insertions, and following physician orders. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, with some flexibility for evenings or night shifts (PM or NOC), and will be expected to float to nearby Peabody Manor when needed. The position offers guaranteed 36 hours weekly, with an engaging mix of patient care in a 20-bed facility and rehab patients in a 17-bed unit. Expect to collaborate with a team managing patient ratios of approximately 1:17-20, and be part of a facility recognized for its excellence in elder care.
