Job Description:

Seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse to take on a charge nurse role during overnight shifts at a busy emergency department. This 13-week contract requires providing leadership and rapid decision-making, with a focus on patient stabilization and team coordination. You'll work 3 twelve-hour night shifts weekly, with every other weekend or every third weekend off, depending on unit needs. Prior charge ER experience and hands-on ACLS and BLS certifications are essential, along with over three years of ED travel experience. This assignment offers a chance to refine leadership skills in a fast-paced setting while exploring the city after your shifts.
