Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a floating step-down unit specializing in higher oxygen demands, dialysis, and post-heart cath patients. This 13-week contract offers nighttime shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. You’ll be working on a unit that manages patients requiring careful monitoring of telemetry, drips like heparin and amiodarone, and other specialized procedures—no vent or pressor support needed. If you’re experienced with EPIC and hold current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications, and a Tennessee license, you’ll be a strong fit. This role offers a chance to expand your skills in a specialized setting while enjoying a consistent night schedule that may include floating to similar units as needed.
