Job Description:

Seeking an experienced ICU nurse for a 13-week contract at a Level III Trauma Center in Salem, MA. This role involves 12-hour night shifts, some of which include floating to medical/surgical units with patient loads up to 4-5. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of continuous MICU experience, be proficient in telemetry, and hold active Massachusetts RN licensure along with AHA BLS & ACLS certifications. You'll contribute to a busy 20-bed Medical ICU caring for adult patients with complex diagnoses such as sepsis, respiratory failure, and cardiac events. The assignment offers the opportunity to work alongside attending physicians and residents in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with a patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2, depending on acuity and unit. This role is perfect for a dedicated ICU nurse ready for a challenging and rewarding travel experience.
