Job Description:

Join a challenging yet rewarding ICU RN contract in Rapid City, SD, where you'll be caring for complex patients ranging from surgical to trauma cases. This 13-week assignment offers a 12-hour night shift schedule, immersing you in a fast-paced environment with a diverse patient mix, including ARDS, MI, CVA/TIA, COVID, and heavy trauma cases. Expect to work with RN-to-patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:3, utilizing your critical thinking skills and advanced certifications such as ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC. Epic charting experience is required, and proficiency with ventilator management, hemodynamic lines, and IV medications is a must. This role is ideal for experienced ICU RNs who are comfortable float assignments and working a 48-hour week, providing a stimulating opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in a specialized setting.
