Job Description:

Join a busy 650-bed hospital as an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist for a 13-week contract, where you'll assist in complex vascular and neuro procedures using fluoroscopy, computed tomography, laser, and ultrasonography equipment. Your role involves circulating and scrubbing during angiographic and interventional procedures, aiding in patient preparation and education, managing inventory, and coordinating schedules. This assignment offers a hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and the chance to collaborate closely with radiologists and physicians. Expect to help develop efficient workflows in the IR labs while applying your specialized skills. The work is ideal for a technologist with at least one year of experience in special procedures and IR, holding a Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) certification and Texas MRT licensure. The shift is 8 hours daily, five days a week, totaling 40 hours per week, with competitive weekly gross pay of approximately $2,545.20.
