Job Description:

Join our team as an LPN in the Cardiac Stepdown unit at Mercy Hospital South, where you will be integral to caring for post-operative cardiac patients recovering from procedures like CABG and valve surgeries. This 24-week contract involves night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) with a weekly commitment of 36 hours, offering an opportunity to experience a busy cardiovascular setting that emphasizes teamwork and precision. You'll handle patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor chest tubes, pacemakers, and Bipaps. This role provides a chance to sharpen specialized skills in a facility recognized for high standards and comprehensive cardiac care, all while enjoying the rich culture of St. Louis.
