Job Description:

Join us as an RN in the Neuro Trauma Intermediate PCU on nights at Mercy Hospital Springfield. This role involves caring for neuro, trauma, and critically ill patients in a fast-paced setting that involves monitoring invasive lines, managing ventilators, and assessing neuro status. The shift runs from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and you'll be floating on a rotational basis to critical care or med/surg as needed. Expect to work 36 hours weekly for a duration of 13 weeks, providing a unique opportunity to work in a facility recognized for its safety and trauma capabilities. Your responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, coordinating patient care, and performing assessments and interventions specific to this intermediate ICU setting.
