Job Description:

Join a rewarding contract role as a healthcare professional in Houston, TX, where you will provide comprehensive age-appropriate care across diverse patient populations including neonates, infants, children, adolescents, and adults. Your responsibilities will include performing detailed patient assessments with input from patients and families, developing personalized care plans that address physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs, and ensuring these plans are effectively implemented within 24 hours of admission.
