Job Description:

Join a pediatric Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team as a Registered Nurse, where you'll be immersed in a fast-paced environment caring for both adult and pediatric patients recovering from anesthesia. This 13-week contract offers a chance to work 10-hour rotating shifts, with a focus on managing pediatric patients with complex needs such as central lines and trached airways. Your expertise will support both Phase 1 and Phase 2 recovery, ensuring safe and effective post-operative care. This assignment provides a hands-on experience in a hospital setting that often features a variety of acute cases and requires quick thinking. Nurses with pediatric PACU experience, especially those familiar with pediatric airways and line management, will thrive here. Be prepared to arrive promptly when on-call is required, and enjoy an opportunity that values your adaptability and specialized knowledge.
