Job Description:

This NICU Registered Nurse contract offers a chance to work in a Level II Trauma Center dedicated to neonatal intensive care. You will be covering the unit exclusively during 12-hour night shifts, providing crucial care for our smallest patients. The role involves floating between units as needed, with an emphasis on maintaining patient safety and comfort. It’s a rewarding opportunity to gain specialized experience in neonatal care while working among a dedicated team in a dynamic hospital environment. Expect to handle ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3, with the opportunity to work with Epic charting. The assignment is short-term, with coverage for approximately 9 weeks, and the weekend on-call is not required. This is your chance to make a difference during a focused, specialized period of service.
