Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse position places you in a bustling urban emergency department, where you'll be the backbone of rapid-response patient care during night shifts. Your role involves supporting a high-volume, fast-paced environment with approximately 210 visits per day, including ventilated patients and a variety of complex cases. Ideal for experienced RNs, this assignment offers a chance to sharpen your skills in a Level 1 trauma setting, working every other weekend with a 1:5 nurse-patient ratio. Epic EMR is required, and prior experience in large, urban ERs is essential. TMC orientation occurs twice a month, providing additional support as you transition into this critical, high-energy role requiring only seasoned professionals.
