Job Description:

This registered nurse role in the emergency department offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, multispecialty setting that handles a diverse range of patient conditions from trauma to critical care. You'll manage patients with acuity levels spanning from stable to life-threatening, including STEMI, stroke, respiratory failure, and sepsis. The shift is 12-hour nights, with responsibilities including ventilator management, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and assisting with procedures like conscious sedation and splinting. The assignment emphasizes independence, requiring experience with hemodynamic lines, trauma protocols, and emergency interventions.
