Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract offers registered nurses an opportunity to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM in a vibrant Tennessee hospital located in Farragut. You'll be the crucial team member providing total patient care in the emergency department, managing a patient ratio of approximately 4:1. The role requires current RN licensure, BLS certification prior to start, and within 90 days, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI, and NRP certifications. You'll be working in an environment that emphasizes efficiency and teamwork, with the added thrill of navigating the ER's fast-paced flow. Expect a workweek of roughly 36 hours, focusing on delivering quality care during overnight hours. To succeed, you'll need at least one year of emergency department experience and readiness to operate in CERNER EMR system, all while adhering to a professional dress code in royal blue scrubs. Be prepared to work in a setting that values commitment, skill, and quick thinking. No call, no floating, and a strict no-48-hour RTO policy ensure a straightforward assignment experience with minimal interruptions.
