Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse contract offers a chance to work in a fast-paced emergency department setting, focusing on telemetry and medication administration during overnight hours. The role involves managing acute care cases, reading telemetry monitors, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure patient stability. The assignment is unique due to the requirement of passing two exams at orientation—medication and telemetry—which must be completed on the first attempt or the contract is canceled. EPIC experience, along with ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications, is preferred. Expect a 12-hour night shift, with the flexibility to adjust start times slightly based on critical staffing needs.
