Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel assignment as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse at a busy short-term acute care facility located in St. Louis, MO. This role involves providing specialized care for patients with neurological and neuromuscular disorders, including stroke, epilepsy, and tumors. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, contributing to a team that manages complex cases involving lumbar drains, G-tubes, Foley catheters, and tracheostomies. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to apply advanced skills like interpreting dysrhythmias, supported by required certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and NIH, all while working within a hospital that boasts over 1,200 beds and state-of-the-art facilities. Expect to sign for 36 or 48 hours per week with guaranteed hours, and be prepared to pass the Relias EKG exam as part of orientation.
