Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract places you in a busy community hospital in Lee's Summit, MO, as a Registered Nurse in the Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours. Expect to be involved in a variety of patient care activities, including cardiac monitoring, medication management, IV therapies, and emergency response. Unique to this role is the opportunity to float between departments as needed and handle complex cases like post-cardiac procedures, stroke management, and pulmonary care. The assignment offers a chance to gain broad experience in a supportive setting while working alongside a dedicated team in a hospital with 240 beds, including a 16-bed ICU.
