Job Description:

Join the respiratory therapy team at a prominent Maine medical facility as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) on a 26-week night shift contract. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts in a busy acute care environment, including the Respiratory Therapy department, where you'll support adult and pediatric patients with a variety of respiratory needs. The assignment offers the chance to experience the fast-paced atmosphere of a Level 1 trauma center, collaborate with a diverse team, and utilize advanced equipment such as Drager, Hamilton, and Vapotherm. Your responsibilities will include managing ventilator support, assisting with emergency procedures, and participating in call rotations, with a focus on delivering quality care in a team-oriented setting. This position is perfect for RRTs with at least 3 years of experience, particularly those with NICU/PICU or critical care backgrounds, and who are ready to bring their skills to a dynamic hospital environment.
