Job Description:

Join a busy OR team at Mercy Hospital Springfield as an RN specializing in perioperative care. You will assist with vascular surgeries, endo procedures, and open cases, working alongside surgeons, nurses, and tech staff in both the main OR and hybrid imaging suite. The role involves scrub and circulator duties, managing conscious sedation, and supporting trauma cases with Level 1 or 2 experience. This 13-week contract offers weekday shifts of 10 hours, providing ample opportunity for hands-on involvement in a high-paced surgical environment. Your day will be filled with varied case types, requiring adaptability, strong technical skills, and a drive to contribute to quality patient outcomes.
