Job Description:

Join us as a NICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Columbia, Missouri. This role involves working the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) on a 12-hour schedule, with a commitment of 36 hours per week. You will be providing specialized neonatal intensive care, focusing on infants with complex needs, and floating within the cluster as needed. This position emphasizes active, hands-on involvement, including frequent patient contact and physical activity such as ambulating and reaching. Expect to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts, including inclement weather. Cerner charting familiarity and NICU II experience are required, along with BLS and NRP certifications. The setting is an acute-care health facility open 24/7, and this role does not accept first-time travelers or locals within 50 miles.
