Job Description:

Join ThedaCare Appleton as an experienced ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment working 12-hour night shifts. You'll be involved in managing an 18-bed emergency room unit, handling a patient ratio of 1:4. The role requires flexibility across evening and night shifts, with scheduled rotations every other weekend. Expect to utilize Epic charting software and demonstrate certifications such as WI RN, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS. Prior triage experience and at least three years of ER experience are necessary. This assignment offers the opportunity to experience the bustling ER environment, requiring swift decision-making and collaborative teamwork in a setting that values professionalism with a touch of adventure, especially as you navigate a variety of shift times and facility locations within a 60-mile radius.
