Job Description:

This PACU Registered Nurse position offers the opportunity to work across two specialized hospital settings: the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)/Pre-Op and Phase 2 recovery areas within a vibrant teaching hospital. You'll rotate through different shifts, primarily 12-hour days, providing critical post-anesthesia care while adapting to varying patient needs. The role involves close collaboration with surgical teams, managing post-operative protocols, and ensuring swift, safe recoveries. Expect to float within scope between the main hospital and the Day Surgery Center, making each day varied and engaging. Epic charting experience is essential, and your expertise will directly impact patient recovery experiences in a Level 3 trauma center with 317 beds. This role promises a dynamic environment for those ready to bring their PACU skills to a facility committed to education and excellence.

Shift: 3x12-hour shifts, including options between 05:30-18:00, 07:00-19:30, 08:00-20:30, 09:30-22:00, or 11:00-23:30
