Job Description:

Join a prestigious Level I Trauma Center as a PACU Registered Nurse, where you'll be on the front lines managing complex postoperative patients recovering from general anesthesia. This 13-week contract offers a night shift schedule of 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with rotating start times and a demanding but rewarding experience in a surgical suite that handles GU, GYN, colorectal, bariatric, ENT, and minimally invasive procedures. Your expertise in critical care techniques such as managing vasoactive drips, multiple drains, and ventilators will be essential for patient recovery. Expect to participate in a rigorous call schedule and pass a Relias EKG exam as part of your orientation. This role is perfect for nurses with at least one year of critical care or Level I trauma experience who are eager to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
