Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment in Garden City, Kansas, offers a chance to work in a versatile MS-Tele stepdown and telemetry setting. As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for providing care across multiple adult patient populations, including cardiac, neuro, oncology, ortho, renal, and surgical post-op patients. The role involves working 12-hour day shifts, with the flexibility to float within a 60-mile radius among several facilities. You’ll be supporting a range of units, often with a patient ratio of 1:5 or 6, utilizing your skills in telemetry monitoring, titrating drips such as Heparin, and managing patients with diverse diagnoses. Prior neuro experience, familiarity with Alaris and EPIC, and at least two years of recent MS-Tele experience are preferred. This role emphasizes adaptability, as you may be scheduled at different facilities and expected to help fill gaps in the permanent staffing schedule.
