Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced stepdown environment that often requires floating to ICU and Medical-Surgical units. You will be responsible for managing patient care in a non-titrating drips setting, including medications like Amiodarone, NTG, Cardizem, Lopressor, and Cardene. The shift consists of three 12-hour nights, providing a steady routine with a chance to experience diverse clinical scenarios. You'll need to have ICU experience as well as PCU (Progressive Care Unit) background, and be comfortable with floating across different units. Valid South Carolina licensing, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certification are required. Expect a supportive team caring for 21 beds with various treatments including wound care and dialysis, all while using Meditech EMR. This role is perfect for an adaptable, experienced nurse looking to expand their ICU skills in a dynamic setting.
