Job Description:

Step into a pivotal role as an ICU Registered Nurse within our Critical Care Float Pool. This contract assignment offers the chance to work across various ICU units, including Neuro, Surgical, Medical, Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU. With 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), you'll be floating to different units based on staffing demands and patient acuity, ensuring every shift brings new challenges and learning opportunities. Bring your expertise in ventilator management, telemetry, and IV starts to a setting that values adaptability and critical thinking. Experience with EPIC and NIHSS is required, along with at least 2 years of ICU experience. This role is perfect for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy variety in their work.
