Job Description:

Join our rehab team in Kimball, Nebraska, for a 12-week contract as a Physical Therapist. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including pediatrics through geriatrics, in outpatient, inpatient, and swingbed settings. You’ll be primarily responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and guiding them through exercises aimed at restoring movement and reducing pain. The schedule typically involves 10-hour days, with shifts often running from 7a–3p or 8a–4p, providing a great balance of work and time to explore the local area. This position is ideal for therapists comfortable with joint replacements and post-op care, but training can be provided for specific skills. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment that values collaboration and patient-centered care, all while making a meaningful difference in patients’ recovery journeys.
