Job Description:

Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist specializing in Neuro Diagnostics for a 13-week contract at a prominent acute care facility in New Haven, CT. This role involves working three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with all schedules assigned based on unit staffing needs—so flexibility is key. You'll be floating between two nearby campuses (just a block apart) that share a parking lot and shuttle service, providing a unique opportunity to experience different hospital units. Your responsibilities include managing ventilator support for adult critical care patients, particularly those with trauma or neurological conditions. Experience with Hamilton C6 ventilators, trauma, adult ICU, and critical care ventilator management is required, and ACLS/BLS certifications are a must. This position offers a weekly gross pay of approximately $2,177.88, with a 36-hour weekly commitment. It's an excellent chance to utilize your specialized skills in a fast-paced environment, working with a dedicated team committed to patient care without the constraints of self-scheduling or special accommodations.
