Job Description:

Join our healthcare team as a Respiratory Therapist in a busy hospital setting for a 13-week contract. You'll work 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 am to 7:15 pm, with rotating weekends—so you'll experience a variety of routine and emergency respiratory procedures that keep your skills sharp. This role requires an active VT State RT License, along with certifications including RRT or CRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and STABLE. You'll be working in an environment that emphasizes teamwork and procedural precision, with orientation sessions held biweekly to get you up to speed quickly. Prior experience with specific electronic medical records and understanding of hospital layout will help you succeed, and scheduling is at the manager’s discretion based on your preferences and departmental needs. Be prepared to bring your own vehicle, as public transportation options are limited.
