Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Respiratory Professional Development Practitioner at a prominent children’s hospital in Chicago. This role is perfect for respiratory care practitioners with a passion for education and pediatric expertise. You’ll mainly work daytime hours, with most shifts running from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, totaling 40 hours per week for a 13-week contract. The position involves overseeing the onboarding and training of new respiratory residents, conducting classroom instruction, and supporting educational initiatives, all within a supportive environment that values teaching and leadership. This unique opportunity allows you to share your knowledge with emerging respiratory professionals while gaining valuable experience in pediatric respiratory care in a specialized hospital setting.
