Job Description:

Step into a structured outpatient clinic contract in Waimea, Hawaii, supporting a busy LPN clinic team across multiple service lines. This role is for an LPN with prior clinic experience to assist in Family Practice, Behavioral Health, OB, and UC workflows. You’ll be joining a Monday–Friday schedule with 10-hour days (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, occasionally until 6:00 PM if needed), with the assignment requiring exactly 80 hours every two weeks—no exceptions.

What makes this assignment unique is the variety within the clinic departments. Your day-to-day will include working where care coordination is organized by specialty area—FP, BH, OB, and UC—so you can apply your clinic experience in an outpatient setting. Selected candidates must also be willing to assist at other clinic locations if coverage is needed.
