Job Description:

Join us as an ER Registered Nurse in the oncology pod of the Emergency Department, where you'll be the essential link between fast-paced clinical work and compassionate patient interactions. This 12-hour night shift role requires floating to adapt to various areas, providing vital support during the overnight hours. Your expertise in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and EPIC electronic health records will be put to good use, with a patient ratio of 1:4 ensuring manageable workloads. With a minimum of two years' ED experience and at least one year of travel RN experience, you'll be well-prepared to thrive in this setting. Certifications such as BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS are essential, and oncology experience, while preferred, is not mandatory. This contract spans 13 weeks, with a weekly gross pay of approximately $1,716.35 based on a 36-hour commitment each week. Floating during shifts and working in a high-acuity environment makes this opportunity truly unique for experienced ER nurses seeking a new adventure.
