Job Description:

Join a pediatric Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) as a Registered Nurse and immerse yourself in the nuanced care of pediatric patients recovering from anesthesia. This 13-week contract offers a unique opportunity to work in a setting where Phase 1 and Phase 2 recovery care are the focus, with heavily preferred experience in managing trached patients and central line management. Your days will be structured around 4x10-hour shifts, primarily during daytime hours, with occasional on-call duties that demand prompt response within one hour. The role provides a chance to apply and expand your PACU expertise across varied clinical scenarios, especially in an academic environment, making each day both challenging and rewarding.
