Job Description:

This Phase I Recovery RN position at San Juan Regional Medical Center offers a chance to work in the heart of New Mexico’s scenic San Juan River Valley. You'll be responsible for providing post-surgical recovery care in the PACU for adult patients undergoing general surgery, orthopedic, neurological, obstetric, urological, ENT, or robotic procedures. The role involves managing high-acuity patients with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:2, and may include float shifts to PreOp or Endo units. With a focus on trauma-level recovery, this assignment is perfect for RNs experienced in trauma recovery seeking an engaging, fast-paced environment. The workweek includes 10-hour days, with on-call responsibilities during weekends and evenings, giving you a balanced schedule in a hospital recognized as one of the top 20 most beautiful in the U.S.
