Job Description:

This opportunity is perfect for experienced Registered Nurses specialized in Neonatal Intensive Care. You will be working in a Level III NICU, caring for neonates during 12-hour day shifts that run from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The role involves applying your expertise to providing advanced neonatal support and collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes for fragile infants. Unique to this assignment is the high volume of approximately 190 births per month and the flexibility to work every other weekend, with some weekends exceeding the typical schedule to meet unit needs. You will operate within an environment that emphasizes teamwork, technical proficiency, and a focus on neonatal health. Prior NICU experience of at least 2 years and current certifications such as BCLS, NRP, and PALS are required.
