Job Description:

Join our team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for an engaging 13-week contract in Newark, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care across all phases of antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care. Expect to work three 12-hour night shifts weekly, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with rotating weekend coverage and on-call responsibilities. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in a facility that values independent, skilled nursing, especially in the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) setting. Candidates must hold an NYC license and have at least one year of recent acute hospital OB experience, with certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP. EPIC charting experience is required, along with a background in low- or high-risk maternal care, depending on your specific experience.
