Job Description:

Join Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, Iowa, as a Staff RN specializing in Labor & Delivery and Med Surg on a 13-week night shift assignment. As a key member of the obstetrics team, you'll primarily focus on labor and delivery, bringing your OB and labor experience to support new families in a critical access hospital recognized among the Top 20 in the nation. When not handling OB needs, you'll cover med-surg units and may step into Charge RN roles as needed. Expect 12-hour weekday and weekend night shifts, including holiday rotations. This role offers a unique chance to work in a tight-knit community hospital setting, balancing obstetric care with medical-surgical responsibilities, all while enjoying the peaceful Iowa evenings.
