Job Description:

This NICU Registered Nurse role offers an engaging opportunity to work in a vibrant hospital setting in Midland, Texas. You will float between the NICU, Mother Baby, L&D, and Pediatrics units, providing specialized care to neonatal patients and supporting the unit team during busy shifts. The schedule features 12-hour days, three days a week, giving you plenty of time to explore the local area. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of NICU experience and experience with travel assignments is a plus. This assignment allows self-scheduling flexibility, making it easier to balance work and personal time while delivering the highest level of neonatal care.
