Job Description:

Join a dedicated hospital system as an inpatient RN Case Manager in Fort Wayne, IN, for a 13-week travel assignment with a focus on hospital utilization management. You'll work eight-hour days, Monday through Friday, with participation in a weekend rotation—ideal for those who enjoy a balance of work and downtime. This role involves collaborating closely with the care team to conduct comprehensive patient assessments, facilitate discharge planning, and ensure accurate documentation in Epic. Using your expertise with InterQual and MCG, you'll drive stay progression and support smooth patient transitions, all while contributing to hospital efficiency. An Indiana RN license or compact license is required, along with a minimum of two years of inpatient case management experience.
