Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract in the Emergency Department of a busy hospital in Phoenix, AZ, offers 12-hour days with a consistent weekly commitment of 36 hours. As an experienced RN, you'll be responsible for managing trauma and pediatrics, performing sterile procedures like Foley catheter insertions and central line dressing changes in a fast-paced environment. You'll float between four facilities within a 30-minute radius, providing crucial support across multiple ERs while adhering to unit-specific protocols. Prior trauma Level 1 experience and proficiency in sterile skills are essential for success in this role, which emphasizes procedural competence and teamwork in a demanding yet rewarding setting.
