Job Description:

This ER nurse position in Nampa, Idaho offers an engaging opportunity to work in a high-volume emergency department with approximately 110-120 patients treated daily. You will manage a diverse patient population, including pediatrics, trauma, strokes, STEMIs, and outdoor activity injuries, all within a Level IV trauma center. The role involves supervising 12-hour night shifts, with the chance to handle rapid patient turnover and contribute to a busy team that includes MDs, mid-level providers, RTs, and support staff. You’ll be expected to manage the flow, handle typical ED drips, and perform EKGs and lab draws, often working solo as the primary nurse during your shift.
