Job Description:

Join the team at a rural emergency department for a 13-week travel assignment as an RN in the Emergency Department. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, providing critical care in a high-acuity setting with patient ratios typically of 1:4, surging to 1:5 during busy times. You'll be responsible for managing various patient conditions, including stroke, sepsis, and STEMI, utilizing your experience with peripheral IVs and trauma protocols. This fast-paced environment offers an engaging challenge, where swift decision-making and expertise are key. Expect to work alongside dedicated professionals in a 20-bed ED equipped with Paragon EHR, supporting a diverse adult and geriatric patient population. The assignment demands a minimum of 1 year RN experience, with shifts guaranteed for 36 hours per week, including six weekend shifts over six weeks, with no call responsibilities.
