Job Description:

Join Barnes Jewish Hospital as a Neuro ICU Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel contract, where you will be at the forefront of neurocritical care. This role involves managing patients with ischemic strokes, hemorrhagic strokes, CNS infections, and neurotrauma, including the use of vasoactive medications, ICP monitoring, and central line management. You will work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), with an expectation of a 48-hour weekly commitment. The unit requires passing the Relias EKG exam and interpreting dysrhythmias, with a possibility to float within your scope and work a block schedule if needed. This assignment offers a full immersion into advanced neurocritical procedures and a chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic and highly specialized environment.
