Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment places you in a 26-bed inpatient adult behavioral health unit, where you'll work 12-hour night shifts. The role involves providing specialized support in a facility dedicated to adult mental health, including populations such as seniors with dementia and bipolar disorder. You'll engage in an environment that emphasizes patient stability, with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:6, and you'll navigate the unique challenges of working with patients who may require seclusion, without the expectation of one-on-one monitoring. The position requires maintaining required certifications like BLS and participating in at least every third weekend, along with holiday coverage. Expect to be part of a team that values flexibility, self-scheduling, and professionalism in a setting that balances compassion with clinical precision.
