Job Description:

This respiratory therapy role offers an engaging opportunity to work across a variety of hospital settings, including NICU, ICU, surgical, medical, and cardiac units. As a respiratory therapist here, you'll manage a diverse patient population from neonates to geriatrics, utilizing advanced equipment like Airvo, PB 840 Vent, PB 980 Vent, Hamilton C1, MR1, and V-60 Respironics. Expect to work independently, making clinical decisions that support patient stability during both day and nighttime hours. The assigned shifts are 12-hour nights, with a rotation every third weekend and holiday, making for a schedule that balances work and rest. Professionals comfortable with multi-tasking and collaborating closely with physicians will find this assignment particularly rewarding. The position emphasizes respect for RTs within the team and values the ability to make independent clinical judgments in a supportive environment.
